Beachcombers has a fully air-conditioned state-of-the-art 300 Person Conference centre and a smaller 20 person board room to facilitate a multitude of different events.

The 2000 square foot conference & banqueting centre can host up to 200 people comfortable standing in, 150 theatre-style seating, or up to 90 seated at tables.

The Conference & Banqueting Centre has a private access car park, male & female bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes 90 chairs, 12 rectangular tables, a podium, and a retractable banner, and pole-and-drape dividers. This space is fully customizable with the ability to bring in decoration, equipment, and additional furniture to your own design.

Additional in-house equipment, such as Dedicated Highspeed internet, projectors, Microphone, speakers and other media equipment are available to rent.

Minimum use for Conference Centre is a full 8 hour day + 2 hour set up and breakdown time, starting at $900 USD per day.
